The Merch Warehouse charges $2 per item for your show's first 50 items sold each calendar month. Starting with item 51, our fee drops to $1 per item for the rest of that month. The counter resets each month in America/New_York. We don't take a percentage of your selling price. All products and collections for the same show share one counter; independent shows have separate counters.

You do. We can suggest a price, but the choice is yours. Raising your price does not raise our fee. Actual payment processing or tax costs may change with the sale amount.

No percentage. No hidden revenue share. We don't make more because you charge more. The more merch your show sells, the lower our fee gets: $2 for items 1–50 each month, then $1 starting with item 51. Earlier orders keep their original terms.

No setup fee and no monthly platform fee under this plan.

Actual product production, fulfillment, payment processing, shipping and required transaction costs where applicable. Taxes are accounted for separately. Your statement lists TMW’s fee on its own line. Unknown costs stay unconfirmed until reviewed.

Item 51 starts the $1 rate for the rest of that calendar month. Every show starts a fresh counter next month, using America/New_York time. Monthly volume pricing begins September 14, 2026 at 14:30 UTC; only sales under this new policy count during the transition month.

Your show keeps the earnings after actual costs and our $2/$1 volume fee. We handle the storefront and fulfillment workflow, and you see the numbers in your partner dashboard.

For refunded items, we reverse the actual TMW fee originally charged for those units ($2 or $1). Refunds never move unrelated sales back to a higher rate or reduce the monthly threshold counter. For a partial return from a line spanning both tiers, original units are reversed in order. A full merchandise refund reverses the remaining TMW fee. A partial price adjustment for an item the customer keeps does not reverse the item fee. Production and processing costs are credited only if those costs are actually recovered. Earlier orders follow their original policy.

We review sales, refunds and actual costs each month. Payouts cover the previous calendar month and are scheduled for the 10th, once reconciliation and payout details are complete. See your statement and payment status in the Partner Portal.
